A major manufacturer of healthcare products were determined to provide a rewarding incentive trip for their annual president's advisory council and not let the Covid-19 pandemic stop this long running event. After surveying several destination options, the client pivoted from an offshore Caribbean destination to a US beach destination within driving distance to its headquarters in Georgia.


EMC Meetings & Events successfully contracted the event in less than 30 days and the group conducted its incentive trip on the beautiful white sand beaches of Orange Beach Alabama. Pre-travel communication on CDC and hotel safety guidelines made the attendees feel comfortable in traveling to enjoy a beautiful week at the beach. Group achieved 100% attendance.
